So this is new to me. I am now officially a Blogger. My main reason for starting this is to spew the thousands of thoughts that go through my head any given day and to share them with anyone interested. It is also to chronicle my new life as a husband and father.
So it is no minor coincidence that my first blog will coincide with my first fathers day. Father's day was always something I shared with my Dad it was always his day and never gave it much thought that some day I too would be a father and it would therefore be my day as well. I think the joy of being a father really doesn't need a special day. because with out sounding all mushy, everyday is father's day or mother's day. It has been the single greatest joy of my life becoming a father. Unless you are a parent you will never be able to fully understand. It is mountains of work you do with out even a second thought and you really don't mind doing. Even when he was up all night and crying I never really minded that much. Other peoples kids crying amd whining is my nails on a chalk board and I was terrified that my kid would have the same effect on me. I'm happy to report it doesn't bother me in the least.
Well I think that was a good start to my Blogging agenda. I am essentially writing this to myself since I have no members to read. But if you pass along this way check it out. I hope to be adding more Blogs on things I enjoy, such as sailing, martial arts, motorcycles, family, friends and life.
